Payment
You can pay for your orders at Kent Tackle by the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Switch, or via Paypal using our secure online shopping cart system or a postal order to:
Kent Tackle, Hawkhurst Fish Farm, Hastings Road, Hawkhurst, Kent TN18 4RT.

UK Delivery Charges
Small packages under 1 kilos are charged at £2.49. Courier delivery is charged at £6.49 for packages up to 5 kilos, then £7.99 above 5 kilos to the UK mainland via Courier. All prices are in GBP (United Kingdom Pounds).

Royal Mail
Orders placed before 4.00pm Monday - Friday will generally be despatched same working day. Orders placed after 4.00pm on Friday and through the weekend will be despatched on Monday.

Courier Deliveries
Orders placed before 4.00pm Monday - Thursday will generally be dispatched same working day for next day delivery. Orders placed on Fridays before 4.00pm will be generally delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 4.00pm on Friday and through the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost on request. If the parcel is damaged or anything missing please write this when signing for the parcel, this way we can make a claim. If you don't write any problems on the couriers paperwork we wont be able to credit any goods or sent replacement item out.

Frozen Bait
We despatch frozen bait bubble wrapped and in cardboard boxes on a next day delivery only. Bait ordered on a Friday will be despatched on Monday to avoid thawing out over the weekend at the courier depot.

Deliveries Outside UK Mainland
We offer delivery to anywhere in the world via APC and Interlink, we may use other couriers depending on cost and availability. The delivery time and charges for international orders depend on the destination, weight, value and size of the order. If ordering inside the EU then please choose the correct international courier zones. If outside the EU please place your order as normal with the destination address and we will calculate the delivery charge based on the best method of shipping the items to you. We will email you a shipping quote and if you accept we will send the goods the same day. We will not charge you for delivery until you have approved the quotation.

N.B. Please note that outside the EU (European Union), local customs charges may be payable or import licences may be required. We cannot be responsible for these and advise you to check before ordering. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are uncertain about any aspect of this.

Your Order
Once we receive your order we aim to process it and deliver the next working day. We endeavour to keep a wide range of items in stock for immediate delivery. However, due to demand it may be possible for an item to be temporarily out of stock. In this case we would place the item on back order and contact you immediately (by e-mail or telephone) to give you an estimated delivery date. Alternatives may also be offered if you need the item without delay. We reserve the right to cancel any order or change prices if necessary at any time.

Online Security
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is secure, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

As soon as your card has been debited your card number is automatically deleted from the system. Therefore your card details are not stored in anyway after the transaction.

Confidentiality
When you place an order or create an account your personal details (except for card details which are automatically deleted after your transaction) are stored in a secure environment at all times and will not be passed on to any third party.

Returns
Returns will be accepted if returned within 10 days of purchase. Customers must arrange for delivery to Kent Tackle and are responsible for any courier charges. All items must be accompanied with your order number. If items are returned due to no-longer wanting the product we will only refund the amount of the items and not the postage cost, if the item is 'free delivery' the postage amount kept on this is £8.99. Items may not be returned or exchanged if they are: worn, soiled, damaged or altered in any way. If you are unsatisfied with your products, i.e. they are damaged or the incorrect items have been delivered, please contact Kent Tackle straight away so we can arrange an exchange
