JAG 316 Stainless RP1 Pod Kit

Introducing the quickest & easiest to use pod we have ever made!

The eye catching ‘single stick’ design means that there’s no need to attach buzz bars, bite alarms & rear rests at the start of each session. Simply unfold the four arms using the precision guide and you are fishing! It is that simple! No unwinding, tightening or assembling, out the bag & on the bank in under 10 Seconds.

Not only does the RP-1 pack down fast, it packs down small. Even with alarms & rear rests still attached it will neatly fit into the storage bag supplied (390x300x96mm).

Thanks to the removable banksticks & pivoting arms, this pod can quickly be converted from a 3 Rod to a 2 Rod set up. The two middle banksticks can then be used on a single rod away from the pod, much like our 2Plus1 Buzz Bars.

Lastly, if the need arrises to serpeate all three rods, you have the option to use all six banksticks as banksticks! Each one of them features a 316 Stainless Steel Point & adjustable inner section, held securely by our 'no loss' locking levers.

Another great feature of the RP-1 is that it can be used on wooden platforms without the need of an additional anchor or fixing kit, this has been intergrated into the pod! Each RP-1 kit will come supplied with 2x 60mm & 2x 80mm wood screws, these neatly drop into the front & rear bracket & will pin your pod down with no hassel at all.

When fishing on gravel & grassy banks, the six diamond points do a great job of keeping the pod in place. If you did want a little extra support, our Packaway Stabilisers make a great addition. Simply push the removable pin into the earth & tighten the locking lever. If you intend on using these regularly they pack away neatly without having to remove them from the pod.

As with all of our Bankware, the entire pod has been designed, developed & manufactured here in the UK at JAG’s very own precision machine shop. The Stainless Pod has been machined using the very best 316 Marine Grade Stainless & the Prolite version features high-grade aluminum with a super hard-anodised finish. Even the storage bag as been manufactured here in the UK!
