Deliveries Outside UK Mainland - Temporarily Unavailable
We offer delivery to anywhere in the world. The delivery time and charges for international orders depend on the destination, weight, value and size of the order. If ordering inside the EU then please select your country from the list when completing the shipping information at checkout, this is for items 1.60m Long or less only or the Length, Width and High add up to over 185cm or weighs over 25kg. If the parcel is over 1.60m Long or the Length, Width and High add up to over 185cm or weighs over 25kg we will contact you with a delivery quote and you can either pay the extra or we can cancel and refund the order for you. If outside the EU please create a wishlist and forward your wishlist to [email protected] where we will assess the potential order and email you with the a shipping quote. If you choose to accept this quote we will then process your order.
N.B. Please note that outside of England, local customs charges may be payable or import licences may be required. Now we are outside of the EU VAT is only charged to UK customers, the prices shown if you are outside of the UK will already have VAT removed when at the cart. We cannot be responsible for these and advise you to check before ordering. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are uncertain about any aspect of this. We reserve the right to refuse an order where we believe the risks of non-delivery is too high.
Your Order
Once we receive your order we aim to process it and deliver the next working day. We endeavour to keep a wide range of items in stock for immediate delivery. However, due to demand it may be possible for an item to be temporarily out of stock. In this case we would place the item on back order and contact you immediately (by e-mail or telephone) to give you an estimated delivery date. Alternatives may also be offered if you need the item without delay. We reserve the right to cancel any order or change prices if necessary at any time.
Online Security
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is secure, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated algorithms.
As soon as your card has been debited your card number is automatically deleted from the system. Therefore your card details are not stored in anyway after the transaction.
Confidentiality
When you place an order or create an account your personal details (except for card details which are automatically deleted after your transaction) are stored in a secure environment at all times and will not be passed on to any third party. (See our Privacy Policy for more details)
Returns
If you wish to return or exchange any goods purchased please contact Kent Tackle using the contact page, in writing or by telephone (address and contact number can be found on the contact page), within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued by the same method the purchase was made within 14 days of receipt of the goods by Kent Tackle.
We can not accept any goods for exchange or refund if they have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way.
If returning item(s) by post please use the second class signed for, we will not accept any special deliveries.
The buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning item(s). If item(s) is faulty we will credit return postage once item(s) have been confirmed to be faulty. We will credit for second class postage only.
We can arrange collection of item(s) at a cost, which will need to be paid before collection is made.
